Your wedding day is one of the most memorable times of your life and the images from that event should reflect the emotions and beauty of that great day. Over 8 years of professional experience, published nationally and internationally, with several awards in photojournalism. I spent 3 years as a full time staff newspaper photographer before devoting most of my time to weddings while still shooting freelance assignments for newspapers and other publications. Photojournalism is my background and my talent is in finding and capturing the moments that tell the story of your special event in a unique and attractive way as well as to evoke the real emotions felt rather than the staged or posed. I still photograph the standard group shots and posed pictures that are typical of a wedding but my most exceptional images come during the unscripted moments when you and your loved ones are interacting and being yourselves. I capture your personality so that the images from your wedding will be unique to you and not like every other couples photos from that location or photographer.
